License Terms

Single-Site Script license

Grant. Purchase of the Single-Site Script grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the software on one domain owned or controlled by you, for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

You may:

Install on one production domain
Modify the code for your own internal use
Create backup copies
Use it for commercial purposes (your own business)

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software or any modified version
Install it on multiple domains with one license key
Remove copyright or license notices
Use the license server to bypass verification

Renewal. After 3 years, you may renew at a discounted rate. Contact support for pricing.

SaaS subscription license

Grant. Your subscription grants you the right to use the hosted service for the duration of your paid plan. Access is revoked automatically when the subscription expires.

Data ownership. All recipes, ingredients, and nutrition data you create remain your property. You may export or delete your data at any time.

Renewal. Subscriptions can be renewed at 75% of the current package price.

Refunds. Because access is granted immediately and irrevocably, refunds are only issued if the service is fundamentally non-functional on a supported environment and we cannot fix it within 7 days.

Acceptable use

You may not use the software to violate any law
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the license server
You may not attempt to defeat domain-locking or key verification
You may not upload malware or attempt to compromise the platform

Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Nutritional values are estimates and are not medical advice.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software.
