Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using Recipe Calculator ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License (Single-Site Script)

Purchase of the Single-Site Script grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the software on one domain owned or controlled by you. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software. A license key is bound to a single domain and expires on the date shown at purchase.

3. SaaS Subscription

Subscription grants access to the hosted Service for the duration of the paid plan. Access is revoked automatically when the subscription expires. All data remains your property; you may export or delete it at any time.

4. Payments

Payments are made via bKash to the number shown at checkout. Orders are manually reviewed. If a payment cannot be verified, the order will be rejected and no charge is retained by us (bKash's own fees may still apply per their policy).

5. Refunds

Because the product is delivered digitally and irrevocably (license key + download), refunds are only issued if the product is fundamentally non-functional on a supported environment and we cannot fix it within 7 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, distribute malware, or attempt to reverse-engineer security mechanisms.

7. Warranty & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nutritional values are estimates and are not medical advice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
